The motor hums but the door won't move. Why?+

This is a classic sign of a stripped nylon drive gear inside the motor, or a blown starting capacitor. We can rebuild the gear assembly without replacing the whole unit.

Why does my door start to close, then reverse and flash?+

This is almost always an issue with the safety photo-eyes near the floor. They are either misaligned, covered in dirt, or have shorted wiring.

Are my remotes broken, or is the logic board bad?+
