1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ez2Fix LLC ("Ez2Fix," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website at www.ez2fixllc.com and our garage door repair and installation services.

2. Services Provided

Ez2Fix provides professional garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services in Northern New Jersey. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Emergency garage door repair
• Spring repair and replacement
• Garage door opener installation and repair
• New garage door installation
• Cable repair and replacement
• Panel replacement
• Track repair and alignment
• Preventive maintenance

All services are provided by licensed and insured technicians. NJ License #13VH13553300.

3. Service Requests and Appointments

3.1 Booking

You may request service by:

A service request does not constitute a confirmed appointment until you receive confirmation from Ez2Fix via phone or email.

3.2 Estimates

We provide free on-site estimates for all services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service.

3.3 Service Area

We serve Essex County, Bergen County, Hudson County, Passaic County, Morris County counties in New Jersey. Service availability may vary by location.

3.4 Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Pricing is subject to change without notice. You will be quoted a price before work begins, and you must approve the price before we proceed.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

4.3 Late Payments

Unpaid balances more than 30 days overdue may be subject to a late fee as permitted by applicable law.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 Workmanship Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service. If you experience any issues with our work within this period, we will repair or replace the work at no additional charge.

5.2 Parts Warranty

Parts installed by Ez2Fix are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and will be provided at the time of service.

5.3 Installation Warranty

New garage door installations are covered by a ten (10) year warranty on parts and labor, subject to proper maintenance and normal use.

5.4 Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from natural disasters or acts of God
• Repairs or modifications performed by non-Ez2Fix personnel
• Failure to perform recommended maintenance

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Ez2Fix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not responsible for damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions or defects

Ez2Fix maintains general liability insurance as required by law.

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting service
• Ensure safe and clear access to the work area
• Disclose any known hazards or issues with the garage door system
• Follow all maintenance recommendations provided by our technicians
• Make payment in full upon completion of service
• Notify us immediately of any issues or concerns with completed work

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ez2Fix or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

10. Emergency Service Terms

Emergency services are available 24/7. Emergency service calls may be subject to additional fees. We will inform you of any additional charges before beginning work.

While we strive to respond to emergency calls as quickly as possible, response times may vary based on technician availability, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

11.3 Jurisdiction
